Rumah hampir hampir dijual, just now ade this one old chinese couple came to my house. They want to buy the house for 5Million and could offer more. Then my Dad said why u mau beli rumah ini?

They said, the house is very a good feng shui and strategic place for money bla bla bla all about money craps..

Termasuk kali ni i think dah 6 or 7 offers ade orang nak beli rumah I ni. Maybe because faktor faktor lain sebelah padang, berangin, parking space dlm rumah besar can fit until 5/6 cars in one time, kedudukan dia yang tinggi, besar panjang and bla bla bla..

Then my dad told this old couple, but the house value now is 1.5million, why you guys are so interested so. My dad first bought this house about 180,000 only, that time was back in year 1990. Now, the price is like 8/9 times higher.

Then my dad saja la ckp if 15million dia nak jual, guess what the old couple tu cakap apa? 'Ok we'll think about it your offer, next week i'll let u know'. Haha.. My dad dah gila apa.. Tapi kalau jual cam fun jugak, tapi nak pindah mana lepas ni. So the answer for me taknak NO NO. I bet u guys, diorang takkan beli la 15million. Mahal gle kot, rumah bunglo depan aku ni tak harga 15million. Haha.

One more I'm getting a new LOMO Camera, maybe a LCA+ hehe...

Henna Night

Last night i were invited to Farhana's Upacara Berinai beramai-ramai haha and some briefing for this big big event on this Saturday & Sunday. What is it? yeah Farhana and Fatah getting married this Saturday, congrats congrats ngok ngek!. Owh and the best part is, my first time to be the BestMAN.Sungguh terharu. Hehe i tau funny gle kan. Kipas kipas pengantin, lap lap pengantin. Aku pulak yang nervous, nervous because afraid Fatah yang kipas aku balik.

Tukang inai memang di-import khas dari Australia Jolene and local punya is Tanya. Bestfriend Farhana.

Ramai juga la yang memeriahkan parti Berinai ni, Hanis, Dee, Neys, and 2 jemputan khas from Romania Andra & Andra.

Memang serunuk la tengok all this gurls bermain main dengan inai inai ni semua, ada yang volunteer nak dulu la. Ok la at least both Andra dapat tatoo henna kat kaki and tangan diorang. So boleh la nunjuk nanti kat majlis :)

Hope you guys are all prepared evrything dari segi mental dan physical chewahh.. macam nak pegi mana je.

Yang penting, semua majlis berjalan dengan lancar.

To Fatah, just chill bro, take a deep breath when 'akad nikah' time.

Weekend Trip

Semalam pee Kodah! 

Yeeha, Abg lee text me last week nak ikut tak pegi Alor star then i say Yes serta merta plus a Job taking pictures untuk Majlis kesyukuran Tok, bonus :)

So seperti yang dijanjikan 6.45 Abg Lee and Kak Sara sampai my house then straight to Bukit Jelutong ambil cinta Abg lee disana. 

Then from Kak Wan house about 7.20am bertolak continue our trip to Alor Star.

If naik kereta dengan Abg lee, memang rasa like naik F1 or a plane. Rasa nak terbang je. Actually Abg Lee masa zaman muda-mudi dia dulu dia seorang drfiter and a F3 trial driver.. haha nahh just kidding none of them are correct. Just a karting driver je. Our average speed to Alor Star was around 150km/h-190km/h. Tu yang sampai Hose air filter tercabut hahaha... nasib baik la benda tu tak hilang if not apa nak jadi pun x tau hehe. Habis rugi 10minit. Fuhh, I bet you siapa yang tak biasa boleh cabut jantung dia, tapi dah biasa naik dengan dia, i trust him. Cuma i dont like when the breaking time, bila laju je ade je kereta yg depan tak faham bahasa kena beam light, buat dunno je x lari dari lane. So kena la buat break yang tetiba terasa G-force dia, sambil semua yang lain pun buat buat break angin kat kaki haha.

So we arrived at Alor Star, rumah Tok about 10.10am. We were among the 1st, haha. Orang KL smpi dulu tu. Majlis Kesyukuran starts at 11am, tapi biasa la janji melayu around 11.40am baru start majlis. I'll update about the event and tok on my next post ok.

After Zohor, Kak Sara decided to stay back and will be coming back Ttdi trow by bus. Me, Abg Lee and Kak Wan went to Uncle Shukri office siap evrything. Uncle shukri tag we us along to go back together with us.

Then straight when to Yan to see Uncle Shukri new Bungalos yg belum siap lagi.

As you can see, Bungalos ni 3 tingkat and look almost exactly rumah Uncle Shukri yang dekat Ttdi cuma yang kat Yan 3 tingkat and tangga berpusing-pusing, haha. In the future this house, will be fully operated with air-cond and high tech stuff. Cant wait rumah ni nak siap, Uncle cakap I can stay there and brings some friends together.

Guess what? After pusing pusing rumah, Uncle ajak naik boat pulak, Yes la part that i looking forward sangat sangat bila sampai Yan ni. Straight we go to Sungai Udang, where Uncle Shukri boat park kat sana.

Bila dah sampai apa lagi, bila gasoline naik boat la.. Boat baru ni laju skit, compare to the last year yang boat kayu kayu tu.. aahahah Duhh!. Uncle ade2/3 boats including this la... yang lain tu nelayan use it to catch fish and go fishing. Sewa 1/2 malam pegi mancing tengah tengah laut. Uncle Shukri new project is nak membangunkan tempat ni sebagai tempat pelancongan and kaki-kaki pancing yang terkenal satu hari nanti. Skrg tengah mencari boat-boat yang cantik untuk dibeli, uncle target kaki pancing yg upper class skit hehe and besides that boleh tolong tolong orang kampung nelayan Yan ni.

Okayla after habis ronda-ronda kat laut makan mee udang yg lazat, we pun berlepas utk pulang ke KL around 6.45pm and sampai ttdi dlm 9.40pm.

Thanks to Abg Lee for bringing me home safely tq tq , Kak wan for the entertainer and Uncle Shukri for the experience.
